Grilled Shrimp with Coconut Lime Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

  • 16 jumbo shrimp, deveined in shell, raw
  • Extra-virgin olive oil, about 1/2 cup for brushing
  • Coarse salt and black pepper
  • Pork Beach Coconut Lime Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat griddle or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Butterfly shrimp by slicing almost through lengthwise.
  3. Brush shrimps with oil, season with salt and pepper and grill 1 to 2 minutes on each side until shells shrimp are pink.
  4. Brush with Coconut Lime Grilling Sauce and cook another minute.
