Meatloaf with Pork Beach Pineapple Mango Glaze

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Pork Beach Pineapple Mango Grilling Sauce or any desired flavor
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1½ pounds ground beef
  • 2 slices bread, crumbled
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk or beef broth
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  3. Stir Pineapple Mango Grilling Sauce, brown sugar and salt together in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Spread a small amount of the sauce mixture into the bottom of the prepared loaf pan.
  5. Mix ground beef, bread, onion, egg, milk or beef broth, and black pepper together in a large bowl; shape into a loaf and put into prepared pan.
  6. Spread remaining sauce mixture over the loaf.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 1 hour.
  8. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F.
