Serving Suggestions


Here are some suggested uses for Pork Beach sauces – not just for grilling:

Apple Barbecue Sauce

  • Rub pork butt with Pork Beach Butt Rubb seasoning mix.  Cook using your favorite recipe, shred, pour in Apple BBQ; serve on bulky rolls.
  • Mix in a cup to your favorite meatballs for a great appetizer.  All Pork Beach sauces would be great with meatballs.

Butt Rubb

  • Rub on pork chops and grill
  • Sprinkle on french fries
  • Melt butter; add 1/2 teaspoon Butt Rubb seasoning mix.  Brush corn on the cob and grill.
  • Add 2 – 2 1/2 teaspoons to your favorite brownie recipe—yes brownies!!!!
  • Stir in melted butter and sprinkle on popcorn or omit butter and sprinkle on popcorn

Cranberry Barbecue Sauce

  • Stir a teaspoon into mayo and add to turkey sandwiches.
  • Spread on meatloaf as a glaze.
  • Rub turkey with Cranberry BBQ sauce before roasting.

Honey Mustard Barbecue sauce

  • Great on soft pretzels, chicken tenders or as a salad dressing (add olive oil for desired consistency).

Jazzy Peppers Barbecue Sauce

  • Spread over meatloaf last 20 minutes of cooking.
  • Great on steak
  • Cook italian sausages or brats in sauce until done.
  • Makes a great taco sauce or mix into cooked ground beef and heap onto nachos

Pineapple Mango Barbecue Sauce

  • Spread on baked ham during last 30 minutes of cooking.
  • Place a block of cream cheese on plate, surround the cream cheese with crushed pineapple.  Pour Pineapple Mango Grilling Sauce over the top and serve with your favorite cracker.
  • Use as a pizza sauce, add chicken (or ham) and pineapple for a tropical pizza!

Pomegranate Barbecue Sauce

  • Try on a venison roast. We hear it is divine!
  • Mix in a cup of Pomegranate Grilling Sauce or Apple BBQ with your favorite meatballs for a great appetizer.  Any of Pork Beach’s sauces make a great sauce for meatballs.

Coconut Lime Barbecue Sauce

  • Use as a cocktail sauce for shrimp right out of bottle.  Add horseradish or wasabi if like some heat.
  • Spread on shrimp, salmon, haddock or your favorite fish and cook as desired
  • Stir 1 cup (to taste) to a pot of tomato soup and add fresh limes slices
